The terror appeared from Vietnam War, Vietcong was an early terror organization with the high barbarous terror level that expected more than Al Qaeda, ISIS, and the other terrorist groups. Almost the Vietnamese people lived in the South Vietnam knew Vietcong killed the innocent people with the cruel methods as beheaded by a machete (*), broken the skull by a sledgehammer, buried still alive, shelling into the crowded population, land mine trap, kidnap for ransom, snipe….Unfortunately, the world had not realized Vietcong, even the left media as CNN (Communist News Network) and leftists as Jane Fonda (Hanoi Jane), John Kerry, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and some Democrats supported the Vietcong. The Vietnam War was over since April 30, 1975, the real face of the tyrannic regime unveiled but the Vietcong’s supporters in the Western states have not shown the remorse.
Vietcong has never changed the terrorism to the Vietnamese people, although the North communist took over South Vietnam on April 30, 1975, the inhumane regime has applied the terror any time. The terror is a tradition of communist, Vietcong considers the terrorism is the strategy for remaining the ruthless government. The terror applies into multiple targets, including the rival struggle and the dissidents.
The Vietnamese refugee is also the target of the terror, it belongs to the situation and Vietcong could send the agents to kill or kidnap the opponent as Defector Trịnh Xuân Thanh who sought asylum in Germany. During waiting for the refugee’s process, Vietcong’s espionage agents carried out the kidnap in Berlin. -Accuse Vietnam kidnapped a man being protected by Germany government under the human rights status and Vietcong breaks the international law.
-Cut ties the diplomat, trade, culture, health and tourist with Vietnam.
-Eliminate the extradition agreement between two countries.
-The annual routine aids in 2 years that estimates $USD 215 million and now Germany cuts off.
-Announce to the European Union and cutting the trade to Vietnam, it estimates up to $USD 38 billion.
-Abolish the special tariff 4% for the goods imported from Vietnam.
-Not to sell the weapon, military equipment to Vietnam.
Cut Vietnam product import to Germany, the annual profit is up to $USD 48 billion.
There is not over yet, Vietcong regime has to pay the high price of the terrorism policy that applies for multiple purposes. A lawsuit of Vietnamese business man is Mr. Trịnh Vĩnh Bình against the Hanoi regime has started from August 21 to 22, 2017 at the International Court located at 112, Kleber Street, District XIV, Paris. Vietcong lost the case, they have to compensate $USD 1.25 billion for plaintiff Trịnh Vĩnh Bình. Therefore, Vietcong promise appeal, but on August 25, 2017, Holland government sent an official letter to International court at Paris for requirement Vietnam government has to comply the court order, it is the strong endorsement message of Holland government sent to Hanoi. Mr. Trịnh Vĩnh Bình holds Holland citizen, a member of Holland political party, he is a Vietnam refugee’s background, therefore he came back Vietnam for business as the bilateral agreement between Vietnam and Holland, but Vietcong applied the Bush law to terrorize the foreign investor and Mr. Trịnh Vĩnh Vình became the victim, his assets in Vietnam to be seized and imprisoned.
The case of business man Trịnh Vĩnh Bình awakens the foreign investors in the communist countries as Vietnam, China, Laos, and Cuba. How could Vietnam communist regime compensate for Mr. Trịnh Vĩnh Bình? After the court order, someone doubts about the payment of Vietcong, the worry based on the deception of Hồ Chí Minh’s comrade in Hanoi. In the passage of time, Vietcong didn’t comply the international agreements as Geneva (July 7, 1954) and Paris treaty (January 27, 1973). Vietnam is like North Korea but Hanoi regime covers the malicious face as China applies an ugly pattern” the free market is led by socialism”. The foreign aid to Vietnam couldn’t reach to the poor people, therefore, the Western countries created more than 300 millionaires and billionaires of the core member communist party (Politic Bureau).
