Trans-Pacific Partnership has been ruined by President Donald Trump who kept the promise in the US presidential election campaign 2016. The TPP cost the US multiple million jobs and unfair trade as President Donald Trump slammed. However, the TPP was a great achievement of President Barrack Obama who created the opportunity for the foreign interest, not the US people.
Obviously, after the TPP just scrapped, the partners reacted including the Australian government led by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull who showed off the upset and disappointment, he and his Treasurer Scott Morrison proposed to invite China replaces, indeed China needs not to join, therefore the partner as Vietnam, a close vassal of Beijing, the Vietnam Communist regime could exploit the TPP as the springboard to invade the product made in China or China made that packed and re-labelled by Vietnam. Behind Vietnam is China, so whatever, China joins the TPP or not, Beijing could make the profit throughout the members of as Vietnam and the others. Nevertheless, the counterparts fear China’s espionage network activate worldwide, the trade ties with China costs more security including cyber. Australian suspects the China’s spy networks and the government spent hundred million dollars for cyber spy’s prevention.
In 2017, APEC gathers the members in Vietnam is the routine, it is not the priority for President Donald Trump taking 12 days Asia tour, the pivotal themes are North Korea threat and trade, so Vietnam is not interesting.
The Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull attends the summit, he learns the eating courtesy from the Democratic President Bill Clinton in the trip 2000 before leaving White House, Bill Clinton displayed the street eating with a bowl of rice noodle (Phở) and the world media broadcast as the greatest impact in the world. Once again, in 2016 Democratic President Barrack Obama ate a bowl of rice noodle with meatball (bún chả), actually, Obama accompanied with an eaten expert Anthony Bourdain who had no reservation when met Obama at a street restaurant in Vietnam. Before, a former defense and late Foreign Minister Stephen Smith ate the rice noodle when he visited the Communist paradise in Vietnam. A rumor released about the former acting Prime Minister, also former Defense Minister Kim Beazley, during holding the Labor’s opposition leader, he was struck by a mysterious disease after a trip to Vietnam, he lost the memories and Kevin Rudd replaced?
Nowadays, Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull comes to Vietnam, he meets a celebrity chef Luke Nguyen, a Vietnam refugee, who returned safely from where he and family escaped for freedom after Saigon failed on April 30, 1975. According to the definition of UN (or UNHCR), the refugee is stateless status, therefore after resettlement in the adopted countries, there were many Vietnamese refugees have dual citizen and they have returned a state is still ruling by the tyrannic regime without a problem, even someone did successful business. Annually, the Vietnamese refugee came back and provided about $USD 20 billion to Vietnam regime (*)
Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull enjoyed a meatloaf (Bánh Mì Thịt) made by Vietnamese way and the Australia media broadcast as the great impact. The communist expects the paradise of corruption and the free speech killer, actually, the food has no guaranteed the quarantine strictly as the Western countries, the corrupted government could wave the hygienic check and everyone could kill the animal and sell to the market or black market. The food in Vietnam raises the grave concern, even vegetable and fruit could contain the poison that causes the farmers use the banned chemical and the other human fertilizes as excrement and unborn baby, so in Vietnam, there were many Vietnamese people struck by poison after eating the vegetable an fruit. Nevertheless, the economic development of the socialism called Uncle Hồ Fish Pond became the nationally economic modern, a fish named Cá Vồ (it is like Catfish) favors the excrement, so the Uncle Hồ Fish Pond also used as the toilet and feeding the fish, it is wonderful socialism. The most Vietnamese people knew Cá Vồ, certainly, the Vietnamese overseas scare buying the fish fillet imported from Vietnam. A common sense, the food imports from the communist countries have not trust. (**)
While at home, the dual citizen threatens the Coalition, acting Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce lost the seat and waiting for the by-election. The Malcolm Turnbull government has been reduced the major seat in the lower house, so every time a Representative or Senator step down, the Coalition is on the brink of loss. Labor develops the dual citizen’s problem to retake the government and opposition leader Bill Shorten attacks Coalition despite Labor has not any good policy unless the demagogy to win the next election. The dual citizen rises the damage control for Coalition, actually, the coup of Malcolm Turnbull in 2015 that shattered Liberals, unfortunately, the unity is the big problem. Nevertheless, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull who expects as the left stance but he is a leader of Liberals, the conservative party. Malcolm Turnbull’s stance doubts, as the evidence in the same-sex marriage legislation, in Parliament House, he opposed the Labor vote in the Lower and Upper House, but after then, he joined a rally support the same-sex marriage” Yes” with Opposition Bill Shorten and Greens.
The Trans-Pacific-Partnership crippled after the US abandoned, therefore Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has tried the survive, so the APEC summit is an opportunity. The 11 countries lined up the TPP, therefore, Canada has withdrawn that worries the TPP. Certainly, Mr. Malcolm Turnbull disappointed and the future of TPP is uncertain. Mr. Malcolm Turnbull made the mistake on the asylum seeker dumped deal with President Donald Trump and now he swims against the stream, whatever, Prime Minister Malcolm is the hero of Trans-Pacific Partnership. The TPP lost the potential competence is the US and now Canada. Once again, Australian Prime Minister would make another mistake.
