I write on behalf of some of my peers and fellow Australians with regard to your action in pursuing compensation for the illegal immigrants on Manus Island.
These immigrants came to Australia without invitation, were rescued by our Defence personnel who put their own lives at risk, were fed and lodged at a cost to Australian taxpayers and were free to return to their own country at any time. The conditions in which they lived on Manus Island are no worse than many legal immigrants who have arrived here for many years and who, in times past, lived in conditions much less well outfitted than those on Manus. They were able to communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world courtesy of the Australian people paying for the privilege of providing the internet and telephone services.
You have stolen money from all Australians, with your alleged human rights claim. We have people in our communities who are homeless, aged and sick who need assistance also. Will you provide legal aid to them free of charge and pay your own costs to represent them? I think not.
My disdain for your company and their ilk is immeasurable.
I sincerely wish that I could afford to take you to Court and that my request that every illegal on Manus pay back the cost of their rescue and board and lodging, would be granted. That will not, of course, happen due to the fact that people like yourself have no shame and are willing to extort monies from Australian taxpayers.

The honest lawyer and judge are respectable, they protect the righteousness, justice and protect the legal system. The dishonest lawyers and judges are like the robbers with the paper knife and wooden hammer, they are the legal worms and virus in the legal system. As the left media harm the mainstream by the fake news, the created stories, the biased articles, the dishonest lawyers and judges harm the justice, insulting the law and order.
The so-called human rights lawyers are the farce, mostly the lawyers who labeled as the human rights protection but almost the legal cost is not free. In Australia, the government funds for the legal aid helps the illegal migrant and the human rights lawyers have spent the taxpayers for accusing government into the protection country’s policy. The hypocritical human rights lawyers distort the career by using the taxpayers to advocate the illegal migrant.
The asylum seeker in Australia is the serious consequence of Labor government ruled by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard. From 2007 to 2013, the taxpayers wasted multiple tens billion dollars for the illegal migrant while the people smuggle earned the profit and the national security risks because the most asylum seeker came from the states of the hub terror.
The illegal migrant chronically harm the budget and the other national issues, the Australian has never invited the asylum seeker, but the unwanted guests to be protected by the so-called human rights lawyer, Greens and the others ( as The Refugee Action Group). The most public anger is law firm Slater & Gordon announced believing about the largest human rights class action settlement in the Australian history, that cause the government detained 1923 illegal migrants from 2012 to 2014. The Australian law firm Slater & Gordon succeeded the case by the Victoria Supreme Court Justice Cameron Macaulay, so the government compensated $ AUD 70,000,000 (70 million dollars) that is the biggest compensation in history. The lawyers of Slater & Gordon prides the successful case and they also earned $AUD 20,000,000 (20 million dollars) for the legal costs, so the Slater & Gordon earned the biggest profit in the legal history too.
The illegal migrants got the profit from the Australian taxpayers by the Australian law firm and the Australian judge. How wonderful the Australian’s legal system! The collaboration served between the lawyers of the law firm Slater & Gordon and the judge Cameron Macaulay harmed the taxpayers while the public interests need than the Human Rights turned Human Wrong’s class action. Nevertheless, if Supreme Judge Cameron Macaulay dismissed the case because the national interest and respect the taxpayers, so law firm Slater & Gordon couldn’t make the huge profit is up to 20 million dollars. The question doubts between the law firm Slater & Gordon and the Supreme Court judge.
The biggest compensation paid for the illegal migrant that decided by the Australian judge has been controversial plus the public anger, so the open letter from Ray Payne OAM that is among many reactive letters appeared in the social media. The lawyer does the career for making a profit, the national interest pushed behind the private pocket, in the media, sometimes the defendant lawyers slam the police for their client. The biggest success of law firm Slater & Gordon and the illegal migrant that conflicts the national interest and the taxpayers, once again, the Australian legal system being rotten and failed. Some judges ignored the taxpayers, national interest, they forced the government paid for the lawyer’s client. Moreover, the judge and lawyer are the legal colleagues.
