THE LETTER SENDS FROM THE FORGOTTEN VICTIM OF HUMAN RIGHTS

To:

-The Human Rights lawyers.

-Slater & Gordon Law Firm in Australia.

-Madam law professor, ex-Human Rights Commissioner Gillian Trigs.

Dear Sir/Madam.

The Australian Law Firm Slater & Gordon succeeded the lawsuit against the Australian government’s border protection policy, the national security and the national interest. The legal action’s outcome conducts the biggest compensation in the Australian history, the taxpayers spent $AUd 70,000,000 for the unknown background strangers, mostly the people smuggler did the good business but the Australian government wasted tens of billions of dollars to take care of the Human Rights concern that encourages from the UN, Greens Party, and the Refugee Action Group. Congratulations Law Firm Slater & Gordon advocated successfully the asylum seeker and made $AUD 20,000,000 profit, it is the wonderful job of the human rights protection with the massive legal fee. I understand the legal fee is not free.

Madam law professor Gillian Triggs is keen to protect the asylum seeker, actually, while she was serving the Australian Human Rights Commissioner, she called the government compensates $AU 5,900,000 for the asylum seeker. I praise the human rights activists as Law Firm Slater & Gordon, Madam law professor Gillian Triggs and the other human rights lawyers.

I am the forgotten victim of the human rights violation after the Vietnam War ended on April 30, 1975, I was among 800,000 members of ARVN (Army Republic of Vietnam) and public servant to be imprisoned without a verdict. I spent 6 years in the hell of the so-called re-education camp and survived. In the Vietcong’s prison camp, we were treated as worst as the animal, the current shortage food (the most prisoner faced the starvation as Hitler’s concentration camp), illness without medication and treatment, the frequently spiritual terror, brainwash, forced laborer. The serious human rights violation of Vietcong killed about 165,000 political prisoners. Therefore, the most human rights organizations as Amnesty International, Red Cross abandoned the misfortune prisoners after the Vietnam War.

I am looking for the human rights protection as Law Firm Slater & Gordon, madam law professor Gillian Triggs and the human rights lawyers help. The accusation was written in my first book” The Dark Journey: inside the reeducation camps of Vietcong” published in 2010 in New York. Nevertheless, I am an Australian citizen, I am eligible for the human rights recipient of the human rights lawyers. The Law Firm Slater & Gordon succeeded the lawsuit against the Australian government, despite the government provided the standard accommodation for the asylum seeker as the human rights requirement. I believe the Law Firm Slater & Gordon, madam law professor Gillian Triggs and the human rights lawyers could bring Vietcong government to the court and the inhumane regime has to compensate as the asylum seeker got in Australia. I would like to donate all the compensation for the charity as hospital and the Law Firm Slater & Gordon will make the huge profit if they succeed the lawsuit in Australia. It is just my case, in future, the Law Firm Slater & Gordon will have hundred thousand victims around the world, they are the forgotten victims of the human rights violation after the Vietnam War.

Thank very much.

Yours sincerely.

Hoa Minh Truong.
