THE ANTI-TARIFF OF THE SUPREME COURT IS USELESS

Basically, the law, the Constitution, and all government facilities must reflect patriotism. The tariffs of the patriotic President Donald Trump make America great again, the enemies fear, the allies trust, and the domestic thugs appal. The Democratic Party and China, with the mongrel communist parties, always find tactics to attack tariffs. Therefore, the domestic thugs and foreign enemies couldn’t prevent the intercontinental missile with the tariff warhead of Donald Trump.  The six Justices in the Supreme Court are led by rogue Chief Justice John Roberts and two RION Justices, including Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett, who became the key to the decision on February 20, 2026. The Supreme Court decision opposes the IEEPA (International Emergency Economic Powers Act). The Supreme Court is limited in the United States, while Donald Trump’s tariffs influenced the world. The Supreme Court focuses on IEEPA; therefore, Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 allows the U.S. President to impose temporary tariffs and restrictions on imports to address short-term economic emergencies, such as balance-of-payments issues. It provides the authority to act quickly without the need for lengthy investigations, but limits the duration and amount of tariffs imposed. President Donald Trump confirms,” The Tariffs are here to stay, and economic sovereignty is non-negotiable. Initially, President Donald Trump increased the tariff by 10% and added more 5%. Moreover, the tariff’s stockpile of Donald Trump acquired the potential tariffs. According to the document Wikipedia provided:
“Tariffs have historically played a key role in the trade policy of the United States. Economic historian Douglas Irwin classifies U.S. tariff history into three periods: a revenue period (ca. 1790–1867), a restriction period (1861–1933), and a reciprocity period (from 1934 onwards). In the first period, from 1790 to 1860, average tariffs increased from 20 percent to 60 percent before declining again to 20 percent.[1] From 1861 to 1933, which Irwin characterizes as the “restriction period”, the average tariffs rose to 50 percent and remained at that level for several decades. From 1934 onwards, in the “reciprocity period”, the average tariff declined substantially until it leveled off at 5 percent.[1] Especially after 1942, the U.S. began to promote worldwide free trade. After the 2016 presidential election, the US increased trade protectionism.[2]
According to Irwin, tariffs were intended to serve three primary purposes: “to raise revenue for the government, to restrict imports and protect domestic producers from foreign competition, and to reach reciprocity agreements that reduce trade barriers.”[1]
According to Irwin, a common myth about U.S. trade policy is that low tariffs harmed American manufacturers in the early 19th century, and then high tariffs made the United States into a great industrial power in the late 19th century. As its share of global manufacturing rose from 23% in 1870 to 36% in 1913, the admittedly high tariffs of the time came with a cost, estimated at around 0.5% of GDP in the mid-1870s. In some industries, they might have sped up development by a few years. However, U.S. economic growth during its protectionist era was driven more by its abundant resources and openness to people and idea”
The tariff’s stockpile of Donald Trump acquired the tariff’s potential weapons. Almost all tariffs are aimed at balancing trade and economic fairness. President Donald Trump was elected as the President of the United States. Therefore, John Roberts is a public servant; he was appointed by President George W. Bush. Chief Justice John Roberts thinks that he is the US President, instead of Chief Justice John Roberts leading the Supreme Court, not Congress, the Senate, and the White House. The six Justices didn’t know their authority, and the power of the justices. The long range Tariff Missiles of Donald Trump can reach over any targets on the planet, but the short-range constitutional weapon of six Justices in the Supreme Court is limited in the United States. The thick head of Jon Roberts and five Justices, despite having gained higher education. The bullshit decision of the six Justices in the Supreme Court was trashed and nullified. The lawmakers may limit the absolute power of the Supreme Court, the limited term needs to do so and impeach the dishonest Justices/.
