THE FLAG OF VIETCONG FAILED TO HANG IN PHILADELPHIA

Certainly, the victims always want justice, and the culprits must pay the punishment. The victims of genocide like the Jewish people have never wanted to see the signs of NAZI, including the portrait of the dictator Adolf Hitler in Israel and the overseas Jewish community. Communism caused the deaths of a hundred million people after Lenin transformed the crazy theory of Karl Marx into reality in October 1917 in Russia, and spread worldwide. Communism also developed, and silently intoxicated in democratic countries like the United States, and Europe with the leftists activating in the mongrel communist parties (the US Democratic Party, the Australian Labor Party, the UK Labor Party, the Greens Party, the France Socialist Party, and other left parties). The communists and mongrel communists are like the tiger snake, and Cobra or evil with Satan are the same characteristics and practices. The victims of communism are like Jewish people who survived the holocaust including their family, and the generations have never forgotten the death camps of Hitler in the Second World War, the annual commemoration proves the sorrow of Jewish people.

Vietnam’s Communist Party was founded on February 3, 1930, by traitor, pedophile, and genocide, rapist Hồ Chí Minh, an actual henchman of the Global Communist Bloc. The Vietnam’s Communist Party professes in the treason as the speech of Hồ Chí Minh” whether losing the country is rather losing the party, let’s protect the party as the pupil in the eyes” (thà mất nước, còn hơn mất đảng, hảy bảo vệ đảng như con ngươi trong tròng mắt). Vietnam’s Communist Party served the Global Communist Bloc with their two great masters, China’s Communist Party, and the Soviet Union in Indochina (1945-1954) and the Vietnam War (1954-1975) to barbecue the lives of millions of the People’s Army of Vietnam. Actually, after the Vietcong claimed the unpredictable victory on April 30, 1975, the terror, impoverishment, and obscurantism caused millions of Vietnamese people to escape to find freedom in democratic countries like Europe, Australia, the United States, Canada, Japan, and others. The Vietnamese refugees resettled a new life in their second homeland, therefore they have never forgotten the horrible memories in the homeland when the Vietcong treated them as enemies, and the conquerors invaded South Vietnam while the adopted countries open their arms with generous hearts, so the Vietnamese refugees and Vietnamese people forgot, and never accepted the compatriotic sympathy with Vietcong, because they are the animal covered the human body with the viral characteristics, or the ape of Karl Marx.

After the end of the Vietnam War, Vietcong sent the espionage agents, and their red seeds, or” the docile niece, and nephew of ape Uncle Ho” infiltrated the Western and abused the Vietnamese community overseas. The pro-Hanoi fake refugees and the Vietcong migrants become the under-covered activists in the overseas Vietnamese community. Nevertheless, Vietcong should use the money to buy the media, so the major media companies of the Vietnamese language are the left media, they propagate communism, plus distorted information to intoxicate the victims of the Vietcong in the democratic countries. The Vietnamese refugees are allergic to the Red flag, and the portrait of traitor Hồ Chí Minh appears wherever in the community. Likely the pirate in the days of yore used the black flag to decorate the white skull with the crossbones. Almost, the communist parties use the red flag with the hammer, and sickle. On the other hand, the flag of Vietcong originates from the common red flag of the Global Communist Bloc, the red means bloodshed, the hammer to break the skull, and the sickle to cut the throat of Vietnamese people.

Nevertheless, the so-called anthem of the Vietcong (Vietnam’s Communist Party) proves the cruel character. During the Indochina War with the French colony, in 1944, musician Văn Cao wrote the song” Tiến Quân Ca” (song of advancing soldiers), and in 1954, this song became Vietcong’s anthem. According to the history of this song, musician Văn Cao wrote it, and the lyrics were written by his close friend named Đổ Hữu Ích with the sentences” Cờ Máu chiến thắng mang hồn nước” (the victorious blood flag brings the national soul), actually, a sentence of Đổ Hữu Ích wrote” đồng lòng cùng nhau xây đắp nước non nhà” (let’s build the country together). Therefore, after Vietnam’s Communist used it as the anthem, they changed the lyric” thề phanh thây uống máu quân thù” (vow to tear the body off and drink the blood of the enemy). The blood dyed blood flag accompanied by the barbaric anthem is the symbol of the Vietcong. Its reason causes the Vietnamese people to hate the red flag, the anthem, and Vietcong.

The Vietnamese refugees want to live in peace while Vietcong always attacks their victims by hanging the red flag in the overseas community. The undercovered activists often exploit freedom, and the corrupt politicians, including the left parties in Western, activate to hang the red flag in the Vietnamese overseas community. The incident challenged the Victims of the Vietcong when the red flag dug up their sorrow while the government spent the funding on mental health. The red flag wakes their horrible memories. The ceaseless fighting of Vietnamese refugees succeeded to remove the red flag wherever in Australia, America, Canada, and other countries. However, Vietcong has never given up the conspiracy by using their under-covered activists to hang the red flag in the Vietnamese overseas community.

Recently, in Philadelphia, Vietcong’s under-covered activists secretly established contacts with the Democratic Mayor JIM KENNY (annual salary is $US 218,000) plans to hang the red flag of VietCong at City Town Hall in Philadelphia on the mourning day of the Vietnamese people on April 30, 2023. According to the routine, from 2012, the former air force of South Vietnam, Pilot Captain Quang Hong Mac (author of 3 English books) activated hanging the Yellow flag, and the City Council of Philadelphia approved. So annually, the Vietnamese community hangs the yellow flag on April 30 to commemorate the mourning day of the Vietnamese people. Therefore, in 2022, the outgoing Mayor Jim Kenny listened to some Vietcong under-covered activists’ plan to hang the red flag at Philadelphia Town Hall, and the Yellow flag is going to be replaced by the red flag.

Immediately, the victims of the Vietcong are the Vietnamese community in Philadelphia, and the world strongly reacts against the Red flag hanging in Philadelphia to challenge them. After the comments, and the speeches of the Vietnamese community leaders, and the former US soldiers (Vietnam Veteran). On March 2, 2023, at City Council Chambers, the city councilors received the debates of the Vietnamese refugees like La Cẩm Tú, Lệ Quyên, Joseph Tran, and Võ Nghị with the support of the representatives of the Vietnamese community, and other organizations plus thousands of signatures. Eventually, Resolution 220244 passed through with an absolute score of 14/14, and annually, the yellow flag with three horizontal red stripes, the heritage and Freedom Flag of Vietnamese people proudly hangs at Philadelphia’s City Town on April 30 as before. Once against, the malicious tactic of Vietcong terror completely failed.

Certainly, Mayor Jim Kenny couldn’t act alone and raised the idea of attacking the heritage and Freedom of the Vietnamese refugees, and the Vietnamese people. The incident reflects the proverb” when there’s smoke, there’s fire”, and the term” cause and effect”. The prominent suspicious person is a Vietnamese female named D. Nguyen, the rumor spread about Miss D.Nguyen who related the organization called the SOS Boat People of engineer Thang Dinh Nguyen (Nguyễn Đình Thắng) who proclaims himself as Doctor. Therefore, the people recognize him as Dogtor like the fake First Lady, Dogtor Jill Biden. Despite the boat, people were no longer operating for a long time. Therefore, Dogtor Thang Dinh Nguyen continued to get funding from the US taxpayers through President George W. Bush, and Hussein Barrack Obama. What did he use the funding for? The secret female D. Nguyen also called Nancy lived in New Jersey and moved to Philadelphia, she is a close friend of pro-Beijing Councilor Helen Gym who targeted the candidate for Philadelphia Mayor in 2023 after Mayor Jim Kenny retired. Her relationship with Helen Gym reflects the French proverb” dis-moi qui tu fréquentes, je te dirai qui tu es”. Whoever in the Vietnamese community wants the red flag replacing the yellow flag, are the Vietcong’s under-covered activists, and the docile nieces, and nephews of ape Uncle Ho.

The Resolution of 220224 is waiting for the outgoing Mayor Jim Kenny to sign as law. Despite the fact that he doesn’t like the victims of the Vietcong, and communism, therefore, he can not breach the law. The Vietnamese refugees experienced circumstances like Philadelphia, the victims of the Vietcong wanted to live in peace while the Vietcong always wants to abuse, and dig up the sorrow of the Vietnamese refugees. The fighting has to have plus the numerous Vietnamese refugees in every local, so the local government candidates must respect the Yellow flag if they want to woo the ballots of the Vietnamese people/.

I am writing this to strongly urge you to support Councilman At-Large David Oh’s Bill No. 220244.

I am a lifelong Philadelphian who is proud of our City and wants to see it thrive. I am also a US Marine Corps Captain and a Vietnam Veteran. I am proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which honors the 648 Philadelphia Servicemen who were killed in Vietnam. At the Memorial, we fly the American Flag and the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag (yellow with 3 red stripes) side-by-side every day to represent the shared service and sacrifice of the U.S. and ARVN Armed Forces. We ask that you do the same at your April 30 event. Flying the Heritage and Freedom Flag commemorates a historical event that the Vietnamese Community honors.

On April 30, we mourn the terrible losses sustained by the Vietnamese people during the war and the horrific treatment they received from the oppressive Communist regime after the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. In raising the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag at the Flag Raising Ceremony, you demonstrate that the Philadelphia City Council understands and appreciates the courage, heroism, and endurance shown by the Philadelphia Vietnamese American Community in the face of tyranny and danger.

Besides their courage and thirst for freedom, allow me to share two other key things I’ve learned from my Vietnamese American friends. I’ve learned that the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag is a passionate symbol of Freedom lost and Freedom regained. And, I’ve learned about their heartfelt appreciation for Vietnam Veterans. One person expressed it this way, “We thank you for leaving your loved ones to come to our country and help ours.”

Since arriving in Philadelphia the Vietnamese American Community has asked for little but contributed much. The same generation of Vietnamese who came here with nothing now thrives. They are our dentists, doctors and pharmacists, lawyers and businessmen and women. Education and hard work were stressed by these families. Consequently, their children have become the next generation of Vietnamese Americans to enter these professions. And, this virtuous cycle of contributing to the social and economic development of Philadelphia continues through the third generation.

The notion of flying the State Department-recognized flag of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (red with yellow star) to commemorate April 30 was outrageous and hurtful.  It is a painful insult to Vietnamese Americans. And, it dishonors the memory of the US and ARVN Veterans who served and died in Vietnam. I encourage you to do the right and honorable thing and fly the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag at future Flag Raising Ceremonies.

Thanks to the leadership of Councilman Oh and your own moral compass, I am confident that you will do the right thing.
