Vietnamese female poet NGÔ MINH HẰNG is a well-known writer in the Vietnamese refugee community overseas. She published 6 poetry collections in the United States written in the Vietnamese language, her poetry books are welcomed by Vietnamese refugees around the world. The newspapers, forums of the Vietnamese language around the world published her poems to her Vietnamese compatriots. Almost all of her poems reflect human rights, freedom, democracy, justice, and other current topics. Actually, she emphasizes the humanity and the fate of the Vietnamese people living in the hell of a communist paradise. The Vietnamese refugees including poet Ngô Minh Hằng have never forgotten the crimes against the humanity of Vietnam’s Communist Party, and leader Hồ Chí Minh, the genocide, rapist, and pedophile canonized successful Buddha in Vietnam.
Poet Ngô Minh Hằng suffered a horrible life after Vietcong succeeded in the last invasion on April 30, 1975. In 1980, she escaped by boat and resettled a new life in the United States. She worked hard to rebuild the family from nothing, and now her children graduated from the university, and have good jobs. Nevertheless, Poet Ngô Minh Hằng became an American citizen, she has never contacted the Vietcong Embassy. Therefore, Vietcong currently pursues and abuses the Vietnamese refugees, actually the writers, journalists, and human rights activists. On July 11, 2023, a person introduced as an officer of Vietnam’s Cyber Security Agency at Vietnam’s Embassy in Washington D.C rang up, and want to interrogate her, she cut off the phone and found out the phone number is 202-861-0737 belonged to the Vietnam’s Embassy in the United States. She informed the US police and sent the notice by email to friends and the concerned Vietnamese refugees in the United States and other countries. There is her NOTICE written in the Vietnamese language:

(Meaning: The notice sent to the Vietnamese compatriots (the Vietnamese refugees, the victims of Vietcong) on Nhân Bản forum about the incident on July 11, 2023, at 10.27 Am after receiving a phone call from Vietnam’s Embassy in Washington D.C. The person was introduced as an officer of Vietnam’s Cyber Security Agency, and I informed the US police.
Ngô Minh Hằng thank you very much for your interest in Nhân Bản Forum email and advice, I wish the best to all, wellbeing
Yours faithfully
Ngô Minh Hằng)
Vietcong was the super terror gang in the Vietnam War and robbed the government of South Vietnam on April 30, 1975. In the Vietnam War, Vietcong killed the Vietnamese people with cruel methods like using a machete to behead them and breaking the skull with a sledgehammer (this hammer displayed at Mõ Cày museum, Bến Tre province with the killer was Nguyễn Văn Thắng, Vice district, he broke the skulls of 10 people). Buried the still-alive people, execution by gun (AK-47). Vietnam’s Communist Party was founded on February 3, 1930, tyrant leader Hồ Chí Minh was an actual henchman of the Soviet Union, and after 1949 he served for China’s Communist Party. Vietnam’s Communist Party killed more than ten million Vietnamese people, and the only tyrant Hồ Chí Minh killed 1,700,000. In the Tet Offensive in 1968, Vietcong killed more than 7,000 people including foreigners at Hue. After invading South Vietnam on April 30, 1975, Vietcong applied the barbarous policies as a high-ranking cadre Nguyễn Hộ (close friend with Võ Văn Kiệt) stood at Saigon Town Hall, and telling with his comrades” their houses, we rob-their wife, we take-their children, we enslave”. Nevertheless, the Vietcong concentrated from 800,000 to 1,000,000 soldiers of South Vietnam, and the public servants including the discharged, disabled persons, and retirees. All were imprisoned in the hell of a re-education camp. The worst treatment killed at least 165,000 prisoners, and Vietcong also dug up the cemeteries while their families were sent to the jungle called the New Economy Zone. The Vietnamese refugees experienced communism, so Vietcong considers the Vietnamese refugees are the enemies, despite Vietcong often calling the Vietnamese overseas to send money to help the ruthless regime remaining. Do not listen to what Vietcong talked about, let’s watch what Vietcong did. The Vietnamese refugees are the targets of the Vietcong like Poet Ngô Minh Hằng, and others (*). Recently, the Australian government pressured the Vietcong regime to release the Vietnamese refugee Chu Van Kham (Châu Văn Khâm) was arrested in Vietnam, and sentenced to 12 years in prison. Vietcong is heartless, but the regime must listen to the Australian government because annually, Vietcong receives $100 million of aid.
China’s Communist Party breaches the law and snubs its counterparts. Recently, the governments in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia raised the alarm after China’s Communist Party arrayed the police stations to terrorize the people. The incident of Poet Ngô Minh Hằng proved Vietcong threatens the Vietnamese refugees or the American citizen. The United States and other countries can not accept the foreign embassy to terrorize, and abuse their citizens/.
NOTES (*) Writer Hoa Minh Truong, ex-Lieutenant of the South Vietnam Army (ARVN), survived after 6 years in the re-education camp, escaped by a small boat in 1982, and resettled a new life in Australia. I have never returned to Vietnam. When my mother passed away on February 14, 2016, I couldn’t attend my mother’s funeral, because Vietcong threatened my family to arrest me if I came back. I wrote 10 English books published in the US and was editor of the daily news online” thedawnmedia.com” since March 5, 2017
