After the South Vietnam has fallen on April 30, 1975, the National United Front for the Freedom of Vietnam (NUFLV) was founded by former rear admiral Hoàng Cơ Minh. A group of Vietnamese refugee exploited the patriotic heart of the overseas Vietnamese people for business and the other purposes.
Obviously, the Front had a bogus base located at Ubon Ratchathani province, Buntharik district, 500 kilometers North-East of Bangkok. This original base was a poultry farm of a Thai General who leased for Rear Admiral Hoang Co Minh at $USD 3,000 a month. The base officially operated on March 4, 1982, but it was the resistance fashion.
On September 10, 1982, Rear Admiral Hoàng Cơ Minh founded the Vietnam Reform Party (Việt Tân). Like the communist party, Vietnam Reform Party commands the Front (NUFLV). The fighting for a democratic Vietnam was just a signboard of the Reform Party, indeed the purpose was collecting money from the Vietnamese refugees. There was just few years since the Front founded, Vietnam Reform Party collected about $USD 22 million and they also enslaved the Vietnamese patriots in US, volunteered workers for the so-called support resistance without wage or low rate at the restaurant networks branded by Phở Hòa and Phở Bằng. The resistance business turned terror into the overseas Vietnamese community, Vietnam Reform Party controlled the Front by two branches:
1-The Frontline: the shoddily military base in Thailand was the surface for business, most of resistance fighters were recruited from refugee camps in Thailand, also had some US, European volunteers. Rear Admiral Hoàng Cơ Minh applied the bush law, anyone who has got the conflicted stance with chairperson or intended to leave the base were killed or abolished. As the report of a former resistance fighter Phạm Hoàng Tùng who listed 14 victims are: Vũ Ánh Tuyết, Thạch Kim Ca, Nguyễn Văn Cường, Ngô Chí Dũng (US citizen), Bùi Duy Hiến, Lê Hồng (US citizen, lieutenant colonel of ARVN, he was called General Đặng Quốc Hiền, resistance force commander), Lưu Tuấn Hùng, Võ Sĩ Hùng, Nguyễn Văn Huy, A Hứng, Đào Văn Lâm, Trần Tự Nhiên, Trần Văn Trung, Nguyễn Hữu Nhiều (medical doctor).
When Thailand evicted the base, Hoàng Cơ Minh moved to Laos’ territory, in August 28, 1987, the resistance troops fell into the ambush of a regiment of Laos, chairperson was killed by his men and 2 kilos of gold were taken away. The troops were disabled but the Vietnam reform party lied, they concealed the death of Hoàng Cơ Minh in 14 years. On September 19, 2004 in Berlin, the Vietnam Reform Party announced disbanding the Front (NUFLV) and the party has appeared in the Vietnamese community, they have exploited the community for party’s interest.
2-The external branch: the most important body for collecting money and terrorize the overseas Vietnamese community. The Vietnam Reform Party is the culprit of 5 assassinated journalists, the terror K-9 executed the order from the party for killing: -Dương Trọng Lâm was killed in San Francisco, July 21, 1981 – Nguyễn Đạm Phong was killed in Texas, August 24, 1982- Phạm Văn Tập was killed in Garden Grove, California by arson’s attack at night, August 9, 1987- Lê Triết and his wife were killed at home in Virginia-Đổ Trọng Nhân was killed on November 22, 1989.
The first chairperson of Vietnam Reform Party was Rear Admiral Hoàng Cơ Minh, after his death, Mr. Nguyễn Kim replaced and later on Mr. Đổ Hoàng Điềm, now he is the incumbent boss. The Vietnam Reform Party is the terrorist organization in the overseas Vietnamese community but the US and the other countries have not known. This felony organization is the decoy of the Vietnam communist regime, they pretend struggle for democracy and also inform Vietcong to arrest the opponents in Vietnam. Inside the Vietnam Reform Party was Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Nghĩa (nephew of Vietcong General Secretary Nguyễn Văn Linh) who held the propaganda department. Hence Mr. Hoàng Cơ Định, a younger brother of Rear Admiral Hoàng Cơ Minh, who was the chief of Human Resources and Treasurer. That man could know the terror unit K-9 and who killed 5 journalists.
In 2006, Mr. Hoàng Cơ Định changed the tactics because the military deceive solution was obsolete then Vietnam Reform Party founded the 8406 Bloc, they activated the US government and helped a fake democratic opponent Nguyễn Chính Kết resettled in US. The Vietnam Reform Party also helped the fake opponents as Cù Huy Hà Vũ, Điếu Cày (Nguyễn Văn Hải), Tạ Phong Tần came to US. The US may overhaul the fake democratic opponents resettled under the human rights scheme.
The terrorist organization exploited the Vietnamese community to serve for the felony group. On May 29, 2007, Chairman Đổ Hoàng Điềm was invited by US president George. W. Bush at White House, he met the Democrats House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and congresswoman Loretta Sanchez. In Australia, the chief of terrorist organization welcomed by the politicians of two main parties.
The shadow of Vietnam Reform Party is all over the Vietnamese community and also the western countries. They control or influence the media as RFA (US funds), VOA (US funds), SBS radio (Australian government funds, it founded by lawyer Lưu Tường Quang). The private media as Người Việt newspaper in Garden Grove, SBTN, Asia Entertainment, SOS-Boat People (director is Dr. Nguyễn Đình Thắng, the funding is still available, despite the Vietnamese boat people was over from 1989), the VPS ( Vietnamese Professionals Society).
The Vietnam Reform Party spread the operation widely, there are the activists as former Colonel Vũ Văn Lộc (director of IRCC in US), former major General Nguyễn Khắc Bình, Mr. Huỳnh Lương Thiện (editor of Thằng Mỏ News), Musician Nam Lộc (who collected money more than 10 years for the so-called “thank you, the south Vietnamese disable veterans” concert, people question about the legal money collection, California senator Janet Nguyen (Republican who issued the Press Released endorses Việt Tân after” terror in Little Saigon” broadcast), congresswoman Loretta Sanchez (Democrats).
The terror in Little Saigon document released by PBS on November 13, 2015 that unveiled the terrorist organization in overseas Vietnamese community, the felons have not punished yet. Hence the Vietnam Reform Party was founded, they illegally collected tens of million dollars from the Vietnamese refugee, but they have never registered and paid tax. The US and western countries may investigate on the most terrorist organization in Vietnamese community. It was more than 3 decades, now the time for cleaning up the mess. The Vietnamese refugee fled the country for freedom, but they have been terrifying by the terrorist organization in the democratic states.
