Vietnamese refugees raised humanity’s concern after the Vietnam War ended on April 30, 1975. The barbarous policies of the Vietnam communist regime caused more than a million Vietnamese people fled the country to bid the freedom. Therefore, not all Vietnamese refugees responded to the refugee’s criteria of the United Nations. Instead, Vietcong’s espionage agents, the false refugees used the humanitarian program to resettle into the Western countries with genuine refugees. The true refugee has never returned to where they escaped for safety and freedom while the false refugees (asylum seekers) have returned to where they fled the country safely. privileged life prior to coming to Canada.”
The corruption probes and the US, Canada’s government need to investigate the so-called VOICE (Vietnamese Overseas Initiative for Conscience Empowerment) has activated and involved the refugee’s fraud from many decades ago.
