THE ARREST OF RAUL CASTRO IS POSSIBLE

Cubans hungered for democracy and freedom after escaping the colonial Spanish rule. Unfortunately, Cuba’s Communist Party, led by tyrant Fidel Castro, imposed the hell of a communist paradise. The aggression and the hostility of Fidel Castro caused the longest sanctions on the planet. Cuba was isolated from 1959, the ruthless regime led the country into poverty, while Fidel Castro and his members of communist party afforded the Communist Party lived a luxurious life like the kings in the medieval era. The economy of Cuba worsened, and the people often lined up to receive the limited rations, as everyone had a small bun; the milk was reserved for babies and the elderly. Rice is a luxury; the average Cuban has 2 kilograms per month, and the people face the current starvation. Therefore, Cubans emptied their stomachs, but their ears filled with music, and they enjoyed dancing to ease their hunger. Nevertheless, Cuba became the outpost of the global communist bloc with Russia and the Viet Cong regime with China. The Viet Cong’s Prime Minister Nguyễn Minh Triết said:” Vietnam and Cuba alternate to watch out for the world when Cuba wakes, and Cuba is asleep”. Moreover, the loss of Venezuela aggravated the worst situation of Cuba’s regime; the whole country blacked out, and the ruthless regime could collapse at any time.
The criminals and terrorists are the most wanted figures. The government and police, including the Interpol, the security agents, are authorized to arrest. Normally, the term” dead or alive” applies to the convict recipients. The arrest has no border if the arrest order is sent to a country where the criminal is living. After the terror on September 9, 2001, the arrest order issued by the United States to arrest Osama Bin Laden was sent elsewhere, including the homeland in Saudi Arabia. The lords of drug traffic faced the arrest order, although they live outside the United States. 36 years ago, the US Army came to Panama to arrest drug cartel leader Manuel Noriega, who faced 36 years in a US prison and died in 2017. The circumstances of Cuban tyrant Raúl Castro can not be unprecedented.
