FOREWORD: The deadly theory of Karl Marx was presented in the Communist Manifesto in 1848 in London. Following, the dishonest component around the world used the evil doctrine of Karl Marx to create the greatest genocide on the planet, with more than a hundred million people killed in Russia (45 million), China (65 million), North Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam, and somewhere else. Communism is the companion of bloodshed, poverty, and disadvantage. Particularly in Vietnam, since the communist party was founded by Hồ Chí Minh on February 3, 1930, the Viet Cong super gang killed tens of millions of Vietnamese people in the bloodshed campaigns, such as the landlord reform to kill a million, but the regime confirmed 200,000. Especially, Hồ Chí Minh killed 1,700,000, as Polska (Poland newspaper) listed 13 most genocidal tyrants in the 20th century.
After the last invasion of the Viet Cong on April 30, 1975. Initially, the Viet Cong concentrated a million soldiers, public servants, including disabled, discharged, retire into the dead camps called re-education camps to kill at least 200,000 prisoners with execution, torture, forced labor, the sickness without a doctor and medicine, and the current psychological intimidation. Moreover, the Viet Cong dug the graves of the soldiers of South Vietnam, the Viet Cong expelled millions of people living in South Vietnam into the recesses of the mountains, or the rural areas called the new economic zones. The crimes of the Viet Cong were the greatest in human history, and built up higher than the Himalayas. The Viet Cong is the culprit of the disaster in Vietnam; they set up the ruthless regime to dominate a hundred million Vietnamese living in the hell of a communist paradise.
Recently, an organization gathered the concerned Vietnamese calling to the compatriotic Vietnamese living overseas and in Vietnam, and the world to end the ruthless regime. The statement was written in multiple languages, including the Vietnamese language, thedawnmedia.com, to support the patriotic organization of the Vietnamese to end the inhuman rights regime

We believe that the greatest strength of the Vietnamese nation lies in unity, grounded in mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, compassion, and understanding. Therefore, we call on all individuals to set aside differences, strengthen dialogue and cooperation, and work toward shared goals in the best interests of the country and the Vietnamese people.
WE SEEK TO PROMOTE:

HONORABLES SEÑORAS Y SEÑORES,
Nosotros, representantes de organizaciones religiosas, asociaciones, grupos sociales y ciudadanos vietnamitas dentro y fuera del país, junto con el Grupo para la Protección de la Libertad, la Democracia, la Libertad Religiosa, los Derechos Humanos, la Paz, la Seguridad y el Orden Público en Vietnam y a nivel internacional, tenemos el honor de presentar a sus respetadas instituciones este Llamamiento a la unidad nacional y a la cooperación internacional:
“Por un Vietnam libre, democrático, respetuoso de los derechos humanos, basado en el Estado de derecho, pacífico y en desarrollo”.
Ante los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrenta Vietnam en la nueva era, hacemos un llamamiento urgente a todos los compatriotas vietnamitas, sin distinción de opinión política, religión, origen social, profesión o lugar de residencia, para promover el espíritu de patriotismo, unidad, respeto mutuo y compromiso colectivo con el futuro de la nación.
Creemos que la mayor fortaleza del pueblo vietnamita reside en su unidad, basada en el respeto mutuo, la convivencia pacífica, la compasión y la comprensión. Por ello, llamamos a todos a dejar de lado las diferencias, fortalecer el diálogo y la cooperación, y trabajar juntos hacia objetivos comunes en beneficio del país y del pueblo vietnamita.
NUESTRO OBJETIVO ES PROMOVER:
- La construcción de un Vietnam libre, democrático, basado en el Estado de derecho y respetuoso de los derechos humanos; una sociedad regida por el Estado de derecho en la que todos sean iguales ante la ley.
• El fomento del diálogo, la reconciliación y la participación ciudadana responsable en los asuntos nacionales mediante medios pacíficos y conformes a la ley.
• El fortalecimiento de la unidad nacional, el respeto a la dignidad humana, los derechos humanos y las libertades fundamentales.
• La contribución del conocimiento, la experiencia y los recursos de la diáspora vietnamita dentro y fuera del país al desarrollo sostenible de Vietnam.
• La construcción de un país pacífico, estable y próspero, donde todas las personas tengan oportunidades de desarrollo y contribución.
Creemos que el consenso del pueblo vietnamita contribuirá a crear un futuro mejor para las generaciones presentes y futuras.
LLAMAMIENTO A LA COMUNIDAD INTERNACIONAL
Hacemos un llamamiento respetuoso a los Estados, organizaciones internacionales, líderes mundiales, organizaciones de la sociedad civil y todas las personas amantes de la paz en todo el mundo para que continúen mostrando interés y apoyo activo al pueblo vietnamita en sus esfuerzos hacia una sociedad pacífica, desarrollada y respetuosa del Estado de derecho y de los derechos humanos.
Alentamos a la comunidad internacional a fortalecer la cooperación con Vietnam sobre la base de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas, el derecho internacional, el diálogo constructivo, la cooperación equitativa y mutuamente beneficiosa, con el fin de contribuir a la paz, la estabilidad y el desarrollo sostenible en la región y en el mundo.
Estamos convencidos de que la amistad, la cooperación internacional y la solidaridad entre las naciones contribuirán a construir un futuro mejor para Vietnam y para toda la humanidad.
Agradecemos sinceramente su atención, apoyo y contribuciones de buena voluntad.

Wir, Vertreter religiöser Organisationen, Vereinigungen, sozialer Gruppen sowie vietnamesischer Bürgerinnen und Bürger im In- und Ausland, gemeinsam mit der Gruppe zum Schutz von Freiheit, Demokratie, Religionsfreiheit, Menschenrechten, Frieden, Sicherheit und öffentlicher Ordnung in Vietnam und international, haben die Ehre, unseren geehrten Institutionen diesen Aufruf zur nationalen Einheit und internationalen Zusammenarbeit zu übermitteln:
„Für ein freies, demokratisches, menschenrechtskonformes, rechtsstaatliches, friedliches und sich entwickelndes Vietnam“.
Angesichts der Herausforderungen und Chancen, denen Vietnam im neuen Zeitalter gegenübersteht, appellieren wir eindringlich an alle vietnamesischen Landsleute, unabhängig von politischer Meinung, Religion, sozialem Hintergrund, Beruf oder Wohnort, den Geist des Patriotismus, der Einheit, des gegenseitigen Respekts und des gemeinsamen Engagements für die Zukunft der Nation zu fördern.
Wir sind überzeugt, dass die größte Stärke des vietnamesischen Volkes in seiner Einheit liegt, die auf gegenseitigem Respekt, friedlichem Zusammenleben, Mitgefühl und Verständnis beruht. Daher rufen wir dazu auf, Unterschiede zurückzustellen, den Dialog und die Zusammenarbeit zu stärken und gemeinsam auf gemeinsame Ziele im Interesse des Landes und des vietnamesischen Volkes hinzuarbeiten.
WIR MÖCHTEN FOLGENDES FÖRDERN:
- Den Aufbau eines freien, demokratischen und rechtsstaatlichen Vietnam, das die Menschenrechte respektiert; eine Gesellschaft, die vom Rechtsstaat geleitet wird, in der alle Menschen vor dem Gesetz gleich sind.
• Die Förderung von Dialog, Versöhnung und verantwortlicher Bürgerbeteiligung an nationalen Angelegenheiten durch friedliche und gesetzeskonforme Mittel.
• Die Stärkung der nationalen Einheit, die Achtung der Menschenwürde, der Menschenrechte und der grundlegenden Freiheiten.
• Den Beitrag von Wissen, Erfahrung und Ressourcen der vietnamesischen Diaspora im In- und Ausland zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung Vietnams.
• Den Aufbau eines friedlichen, stabilen und wohlhabenden Landes, in dem alle Menschen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Teilhabechancen haben.
Wir sind überzeugt, dass der Konsens des vietnamesischen Volkes zu einer besseren Zukunft für heutige und künftige Generationen beitragen wird.
AUFRUF AN DIE INTERNATIONALE GEMEINSCHAFT
Wir rufen Staaten, internationale Organisationen, weltweite Führungspersönlichkeiten, Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft und alle friedliebenden Menschen weltweit respektvoll auf, das vietnamesische Volk weiterhin zu unterstützen und dessen Bestrebungen für eine friedliche, entwickelte Gesellschaft, die Rechtsstaatlichkeit und Menschenrechte respektiert, aktiv zu begleiten.
Wir ermutigen die internationale Gemeinschaft, die Zusammenarbeit mit Vietnam auf Grundlage der Charta der Vereinten Nationen, des Völkerrechts, des konstruktiven Dialogs sowie der gleichberechtigten und gegenseitig vorteilhaften Zusammenarbeit zu verstärken, um Frieden, Stabilität und nachhaltige Entwicklung in der Region und weltweit zu fördern.
Wir sind überzeugt, dass Freundschaft, internationale Zusammenarbeit und Solidarität zwischen den Nationen zu einer besseren Zukunft für Vietnam und die gesamte Menschheit beitragen werden.
