RUSSIA’S DILEMMA IN SYRIA AND THE AFGHANISTAN’S LESSON

The situation of Syria becomes the world’s hot spot, the tyranny regime in Syria causes the death of 500,000 people and displaced multi-million civilians. The Syrian within war in 6 years raises the grave concern of humanity, the wave of refugee in Europe and elsewhere that cost too much money, security and the other issues for the western countries. The cruel regime in Damascus has not refused using the chemical weapon to its people, despite the world condemned, but Bashar Al Assad snubs the UN because Russia backs the barbarous regime and vetoed 8 times the UN’s resolution. Moreover, Assad also has Iran and Lebanon allies. The UN seems losing the function of the international body, actually under the commander in chick Barack Obama, a first black, leftist and Muslim President in the US, the Syria’s situation couldn’t be solved. President Obama is the mouthful leader but he did nothing to prevent the genocide in Syria.

Russia has not learned yet the lesson of Afghanistan in the Soviet-Afghan War from December 1979 to February 1989. During nine years, Soviet Union was sunk into a quagmire, they suffered more than 30,000 casualties and tens of thousands injuries, the economy was seriously affected and it contributed to the collapse of Soviet Union. In the Soviet-Afghan War, Moscow confronted with the insurgent groups to be known as Mujahideen, the numerous civilian of Afghan killed between 562,000 to 2 million and multi-million refugees fled to the neighbor countries as Pakistan and Iran.

While China seems to concede the peace in North Korea, it is a low tide revolution of communist. Therefore China has to tell their stupid dog Kim Jong Un stops barking with the nuclear ballistic missile test.
