Unfortunately, the Journey to the West couldn’t succeed. Moreover, Minh Tuệ claimed that the Vietnamese refugees are criminals (the counter-revolutionary component). Minh Tuệ is backed by Lê Khả Giáp, a lecturer at the Public Security Guard Academy, and a senior Lieutenant Colonel of the Public Security Guard. Certainly, the concerned Buddhists distrusted Minh Tuệ’s Buddhist Delegation. The ugly Buddhist practice called the dhutanga method, 13 strict principles, lies, and cheating.
