The text of the resolution started to be debated in the US Congress on September 19, 2025. Therefore, the revolution was released by the Viet Cong, called the Foundation Day, on September 2nd 2026. The incident responds to the propaganda and the extreme pride of the Viet Cong’s super terror gang. • State and Local Recognition: As of 2023, the flag has been officially recognized by more than 20 U.S. states and numerous cities through local resolutions. These local measures allow the flag to be flown at certain community events or locations alongside the U.S. flag.
Since 1975, the Viet Cong have tried to remove the Yellow flag with three red stripes in the United States, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Japan by multiple malicious methods, but the Viet Cong’s undercover activists and henchmen failed when the patriots and the Vietnamese refugees always protect the national symbol of Vietnam. CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Recognizing the importance of the Vietnamese Heritage Flag.
Whereas the yellow flag with three red stripes was the official flag of the former Republic of Vietnam, which existed from 1949 until 1975;
Whereas millions of Vietnamese people fled their homeland after the fall of Saigon in 1975, seeking freedom, democracy, and safety in the United States and other nations;
Whereas the Vietnamese-American community in the United States, now numbering more than 1,500,000 people, has made significant cultural, economic, and civic contributions to American life;
Whereas the yellow flag with three red stripes has become a unifying emblem of the Vietnamese-American refugee community, symbolizing freedom, democracy, and the sacrifices of those who fought against communism alongside the United States;
Whereas, under the yellow flag with three red stripes, the Republic of Vietnam valiantly stood against relentless communist aggression while also striving to establish a just, democratic, and humane society; and
Whereas this flag serves as an enduring reminder of the shared sacrifices of American and South Vietnamese service members during the Vietnam War, as well as of the refugee journey and ongoing commitment of Vietnamese Americans to democratic values; Now, therefore, be it
That Congress—
(1) Recognizes the yellow flag with three red stripes as the symbol of the Vietnamese national community who fought alongside the United States against communism in Vietnam; and
(2) Affirms the yellow flag with three red stripes as the emblem of the Vietnamese-American refugee community in the United States.

In the days of yore, the boats and business liners were obsessed with the pirate with the black flag decorated with a white skull and two white crossed bones. The Vietnamese refugees in the United States can apply the US Congress Resolution to crack down on the Viet Cong’s undercover activists and the espionage agents exploiting democracy to show the red flag wherever in the United States. Vietnamese overseas can apply the resolution when seeing the red flag appearing, inform the police, and report wherever the red flag.
