“MANDATORY VACCINATIONS ARE ILLEGAL AND AGAINST THE AUSTRALIAN CONSTITUTION

A legal challenge to mandatory COVID-19 vaccine requirements for some NSW workers has been launched in the state’s highest court, as virus infections continue to climb by more than a thousand cases per day.

Sydney solicitor Tony Nikolic on Wednesday filed the suit against Health Minister Brad Hazzard and Chief Health Officer Dr. Kerry Chant in the NSW Supreme Court, with the matter due to be heard for the first time on Friday.

Law firm Ashley, Francina, Leonard, and Associates argue the public health orders requiring “a broad class of workers” to be vaccinated are illegal and unconstitutional, as are the extra powers granted to police to enforce public health orders.

“We have received thousands of inquiries from front-line workers – police, paramedics, nurses, aged care (staff), doctors, firefighters – construction workers, teachers, airline staff, miners, truck drivers, university students, mums and dads and, importantly, employers,” a spokesperson said in a statement.

“It is our view that vaccine compulsion strips citizens of their basic human rights, including their right to work, their right to bodily integrity, and their right to informed consent to medical treatment without coercion.”

The suit will seek a declaration that the NSW public health orders are invalid and a ban on any further orders made by Hazzard and Dr. Chant.

“No one is above the law, including ministers and public health officers.”

In a post to Telegram on Saturday, Nikolic praised politicians like Craig Kelly, Reverend Fred Nile, and Pauline Hanson for their opposition to mandatory vaccinations and lockdowns.

“You are born free, free to choose, freedom from arbitrary detention, freedom of bodily integrity – don’t give it away for free,” he said.

OPEN LETTER: THE DIRTY FOUR PREMIERS: QLD, VIC, N.S.W, WA

Dear Mav Supporter,

The lying, deceiving and sick behavior of Australia’s Premiers over Covid is becoming crystal clear.

These power-hungry leaders have no morals or principles – everything they are doing is based on short-term opinion polls – and they are destroying the lives of millions of Australians.

There is NO SCIENCE to their fake, arbitrary, and harmful calculations. And they’ve now admitted it by their actions (without speaking the words).

Remember Dirty Dan boasting about Victoria needing to have lockdowns to have ZERO covid cases? Remember all the lockdowns and months of imprisonment? Well, now he has changed his tune (as quickly as his polling numbers have been going down).

Dirty Dan’s reckless actions have come at a high cost. He has destroyed many businesses, gone on a debt spending binge, and caused mental health cases to skyrocket (as well as more suicides).

NSW Premier Gladys Berijiklian – the lying hypocrite – is no better. While different in style and tone (compared to her Victorian counterpart) we’ve now come to see another power-hungry premier out-of-control.

She too also wants to persecute Australians who conscientiously do not want to have an experimental vaccine – with the unknown long-term risks – put into their bodies. No Australian deserves to be a second-class citizen in their own country because they don’t want to be vaccinated. Her deceit, hypocrisy, and ruthlessness are an attack on all Australians.

And then there’s that sick premier from Queensland – a lying scaremonger. Annastacia Palaszczuk is another dud leader who is a threat to Australian democracy. Her alarmist and unscientific claims that 2000 Australians living in Queensland will die each month if the state borders are re-opened is disgusting. It’s a big lie. It’s not based on science.

She is simply looking at her polling numbers and making decisions on what her spin-doctors say makes her look good. She is morally bankrupt and an utter disgrace to our nation.

And finally, there’s that crazy secessionist leader threatening to break away from Australia. WA Premier Mark McGowan is a clown playing parochial politics to live in his own fantasy world. His refusal to agree to re-open WA to all other Australians (even when vaccinations rates hit 80%) is treasonous talk (if you could take his stupidity seriously).

No ego-driven (and poll-driven) premier can override the Australian Constitution. And while premiers across the country currently have the upper hand, there’s a saying: “the tide will turn”. And when that tide turns, the Australian people will be angry and will demand justice.

All the damage the premiers are doing to our great country will come back to haunt them. Australian democracy may be damaged in the short term but like in NAZI Germany – after that evil regime was defeated – individuals will be held to account for their CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

But for now – Australians need to seek the refuge of the courts. And hopefully, the High Court of Australia can save us from the worst measures being introduced by these power-hungry and dangerous political leaders.

I oppose lockdowns. I oppose closed state borders. I oppose vaccine passports. I oppose any Australian being treated as a second-class citizen based on their Covid vaccine status.

I oppose all measures that attack personal freedoms and personal choice because in the land we call Australia – we must be FREE to live in a society that tolerates differences of opinions, thoughts, religions, and lifestyles.

The premiers are not gods. And the Australian people must use every lawful means to stopping them from permanently wrecking this great country of ours.
