The annual commemoration of Vietnamese people, the mourning day or Black April of April 20 marks into Vietnamese refugee community around the world as Chinese people commemorates the massacre in Tiananmen Square in 1989 into Chinese community in Hong Kong and outside China’s mainland and, annually, Jewish people commemorates the Holocaust.
The Vietnamese people have never forgotten the Black April 20, 1975, after the Vietcong terror attempted the last invasion to break the Paris Peace Accords signed on January 27, 1973. It causes a million Vietnamese people to flee to find freedom and escaped the inhumane regime. Despite the Vietnamese people lost the land, but they bring the Yellow flag with three red stripes and national spirit in the luggage of the Vietnamese people. The Vietnamese refugees overseas condemn the Red flag with the yellow star of Vietcong, it is not the original flag of Vietnamese people, indeed, the Red flag represents the communist as the pirate used the Black flag with a white skull and two cross-bones in the days of yore.
From 1975, Vietcong has tried to remove the Yellow flag with three red stripes by multiple malicious methods, but Vietcong’s undercover activists and the henchmen failed because the Yellow flag hanging into the heart of every Vietnamese people. In Australia, Vietcong’s undercover activists and Vietcong’s embassy exploited the cooking shows at the left media televisions like Channel Seven, Channel Ten to show the Red flag in the dishes of cooking competition (the writer Hoa Minh Truong criticized those televisions and they eliminated the Red flag after, I told about the Red flag digging up the mental health of Vietcong’s victims in Australia).
Once again, on the Black day of April 30, 2021, a red seed of Vietcong named DƯƠNG ĐỨC THỊNH, the overseas student of Marrickville, Sydney, attends the 3PD English Intensive, he tore the Yellow flag with three red stripes and spread it on youtube with the coarse language of a bandit, it is the culture of Vietcong. Certainly, the Vietnamese community in Sydney and around the world strongly condemn a nephew of uncle Ho names Dương Đức Thịnh. The police arrested and the school suspended them with his accomplices. The action of” beloved nephew of uncle Ape Ho” Dương Đức Thịnh breached the law, so he should face 2 years in prison plus $a 24,000 fines then the Australian government deports. The incident of” beloved nephew of uncle Ape Ho” Dương Đức Thịnh causes the outrage of Vietnamese community in Australia and around the world, despite some Vietcong’s undercover activists sophisticate a Vietcong’s student Dương Đức Thịnh has to right to remove the yellow flag illegally hanging at a public place, therefore, the city council says nothing and the council respects the mourning day of Vietnamese people, moreover, the Vietnamese residents are the voters of local, state and federal members, so the politicians can not ignore the voice of Vietnamese community. Nevertheless, the city council authorizes to remove the yellow flag, but Vietcong’s kid Dương Đức Thịnh has no authority to do, so he breached the law and facing criminal charges. The Vietnamese overseas and the patriotic Vietnamese people praise the national spirit of the Vietnamese community in Sydney. Below, a letter of a young Vietnamese generation to react Vietcong’s kid or the beloved nephew of uncle Ape Hồ:

Mr. Paul Huy Nguyen
President of the Community of Vietnamese Nationalist Association in NSW, Australia.
Dear, Mr. Nguyen,
Millions of Vietnamese left Vietnam after April 30th, 1975 to escape the cruelty and salvage political prosecution by the communist rulers of Vietnam. They brought with them nothing but the bravery and the proud heritage of a long Vietnamese history that values independence, freedom, and human rights for all. More importantly, they brought with them the historic National Flag of the Republic of Vietnam that forever embodies the spirit of a Free Vietnamese, regardless of where he or she lives. During the Vietnam War, millions of South Vietnamese soldiers and hundreds of thousands Allied soldiers from Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, and the United States fought and made the ultimate sacrifice to protect the people of South Vietnam and our beloved flag. The sacrifice of the service members of the Allied forces were not made in vain because they fought and died to protect the people from the terror and cruelty of communism. Today, after almost five decades of hardworking in the adopted countries abroad, generations of Vietnamese overseas have achieved many milestones in all aspects of society in their new countries. As part of the respect and recognition of the Vietnamese culture and history, many countries, states and cities throughout the Free World have recognized and officially declared the former Republic of Vietnam Flag, with a yellow background with three red stripes, as the official Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag.
Therefore, any act of desecration to the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag, even in the name of personal freedom or free speech and expression, in any country where a Vietnamese born lives, is a direct assault to the people and the spirits of all those who sacrificed before us. Such attack cannot be justified under any circumstances.
Furthermore, as the descendants of the Republic of Vietnam, and as members of the Next Generations of the Republic of Vietnam, also known as “To Chuc Hau Due Viet Nam Cong Hoa Hai Ngoai,” we strongly object to any deliberate despicable act of desecrating our beloved flag by any individual, organization, or an agent of a country.
We would like to show our support and commend you for standing up and address the issues within your communities. As we value mutual respects and understanding of every person’s basic rights, we shall create efforts to continue to promote understanding, appreciation and respect for our proud history and heritage and the sacred symbol that represents who we are.
Please accept our appreciation of your effort, and may your advocacy for our flag, as well as others before us who have fought to preserve and honor the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom flag, be the shining example for all of us in the future.
Respectfully,
Executive Committee of the Next Generations of the Republic of Vietnam Organization.
